Sa Dec Industrial Zone is located in Tan Quy Dong and An Hoa ward, Sa Dec city, Dong Thap province. The total planned area is 132 hectares; the industries are calling for investment such as seafood processing, animal feed, construction materials, agricultural mechanics, electricity, electronics, garment, leather shoes, consumer goods, canned food and etc.
The infrastructure of the industrial zone has been completely built with more than 4.000 m2 remaining in area A1; has lighting system, a centralized wastewater treatment plant with a capacity of 8.500 m3/day.
Enterprises investing in Sa Dec Industrial Zone are entitled to incentives equivalent to difficult socio-economic areas. Newly registered investment projects will receive specific incentives as follows:
+ 17% tax rate for 10 years.
+ Tax exemption for 2 years and 50% reduction of payable tax for the next 4 years.
The level of investment incentives in terms of tax rates and tax exemption and reduction for new investment projects depends on the sectors and industries eligible for investment incentives as prescribed. Exemption from tax on imported goods is to create fixed assets for the project.
